Terms of Service

Effective date: June 16, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your use of PhotoPile, an iPhone app developed by Emre Karakaya.

By using PhotoPile, you agree to these terms.

What PhotoPile Does

PhotoPile helps you review items from your photo library in small sessions. You can mark items to keep or mark items for deletion, then review your choices before confirming.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the decisions you make inside the app.

Before confirming deletion, carefully review the items marked for deletion. PhotoPile provides a final review screen to help reduce accidental deletion, but you are responsible for confirming that the selected items are correct.

Deletion Behavior

When you confirm deletion, PhotoPile uses Apple’s Photos framework to request deletion of selected items.

Items may be moved to Recently Deleted or handled according to the Photos app and iOS behavior. PhotoPile does not control Apple Photos’ recovery period, Recently Deleted behavior, or permanent deletion process.

No Account or Cloud Storage

PhotoPile does not require an account and does not upload your photos or videos to a PhotoPile server.

No Warranty

PhotoPile is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every situation. You use the app at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhotoPile and its developer are not responsible for any loss, damage, accidental deletion, data loss, or other issues resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to the App or Terms

PhotoPile may be updated, changed, or discontinued in the future. These terms may also be updated when necessary. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
